1, Warranty
The warranty is one year after products leave facility. During the warranty period, if failure occurs in normal use, we assume all cost and responsibility. For the failure products, we support sending free accessories to replace or returned to the original facility repairing according to the problems. And all freight cost and repair expense shall be borne by our company.
2, Service commitment
1) Our company has set up a number of tough emergency service team, on-site experienced engineers and senior technicians, who can response in the fastest time for any problems, even arrive on the scene for solution, maintenance and replacement.
2) Products delivery within one week, our company’s after-sales service department staff will track phone consultation according to the customers’ contact information, until get customers’ satisfaction.
3) All complaints about product quality will be replied within 2 hours. Shenzhen area technicians will rush to the scene in 24 hours, others in 72 hours, and determine the treatment measures, for repair and replacement according to the complaint case.
4) Our company promises all maintenance personnel on call to serve customers better.
5) During the warranty period, the cost on the quality of products shall be borne by our company.
6) During the warranty period, due to your improper use or caused by the natural environment, we provide free repair and only charge the cost of maintenance materials and accessories.
7) Beyond the warranty period, our company promises lifelong regular on-site inspection and maintenance.
8) All the products are installed and debugged by customers, we give the necessary telephone guidance, if necessary, we will arrive on scene and leave after confirmed by the customers.
3, Return objects commitment
1) All returned products require complete packaging, accessories, manual, invoice, dispatch bill, and specification of the returned reasons.
2) When quality problems arise in the normal use condition, users please fast contact with our company in the warranty period, to facilitate the users getting timely maintenance and replacement.
3) The following situations cannot enjoy our company return commitment.
